Jason Seib is the creator of the AltShift Diet, the author of The Paleo Coach and Body Beliefs and the co-host of the  AltShift Podcast. He is also the founder and co-owner of AltShift Fitness and Fat Loss located in the Portland, Oregon area.

I would describe Jason as an expert in the psychology of weight loss and fitness, a subject that is as complex as the weight problem we face in America. From his site:

Jason was a great guest and taught me a lot about the psychology of why fitness programs fail and the challenge to self-esteem women face every day. It was an honor to have him on the show and I hope to have him back on in the future. 

Episode 81 marks the newest season of the WWI Podcast and I have some great interviews lined up. Episodes in the new year will include the return of Riley Anderson to discuss his recent work with ayahuasca; John Mathis who is working with IBMs AI Watson; Dr. Ken Berry who dared question conventional medicine; Joseph Uscinski who will explain the psychology of conspiracy theories. We also have another planned ghost hunt and philosopher Paul Adams will be in studio to discuss the origins of human morals.
